The Heartland Country Resort is a smoke free environment, so there is no smoking in The Lodge, The Villa Suites, or The Barn. We welcome people who smoke, as long as they are comfortable with this policy. Smoking is limited to porches and your vehicles on our property. Violators will incur a $50 cleaning charge.

We are a pet friendly resort, and welcome you and your pet with some restrictions. Please remember that we are a working farm with lots of animals. Our pet fee is $15 per night.

You may bring your own alcohol.

Please bring appropriate attire for horseback riding.

Cancellations prior to one week before arrival receive a refund, less 10%. Cancellations within a week of your stay do not receive a refund.
